Pre-event risk assessment and advisory for a Management Consultancy
In 2023, Sicuro Group supported a number of clients with executive protection, security travel support, and logistics planning for COP28 in Dubai. One management consulting firm had senior management from its HQ visiting and needed a pre-event assessment to ensure all risks were accounted for, and bespoke to the organization and travelers.
The assessment included a number of threat and risk considerations, ranging from local logistics considerations to regional geopolitical implications. The assessment equipped the organization with information to safeguard its physical assets, workforce, and reputation.
