No. While our app provides enhanced location capabilities, we employ multiple methods for locating employees during emergencies, including PNR records, badging systems, and communication-based location protocols. Employee onboarding can be configured for opt-in participation, and travel risk management information can be distributed through various communication channels and platforms in addition to our optional app.
Our onboarding process is designed to be flexible and efficient. You can automate it through HR systems like Workday or Active Directory, or simply use a CSV file import. For employee opt-in scenarios, we provide multiple registration options including QR code scanning, SMS registration, or Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
